The first publication of Yakari in 1969 marked the beginning of an adventure that has lasted
nearly 55 years.
This Yakari figurine is a new addition to LMZ Collectibles' Class!cs collection.
Depicted in a crouched position, the young Sioux from the Lakota tribe seems to be waiting for the
arrival of Great Eagle, his totem animal. Limited to 150 numbered pieces, it will come with a
certificate of authenticity.
Yakari's ability to understand and speak to animals helps him
navigate through many challenging situations. Various animals offer him advice and guidance in
his adventures. His gift also highlights the importance of tolerance and respect, a message he
shares not only with his friends but also with readers.
By featuring many endangered species,
Job and Derib make ecology a recurring theme in their series.
As usual, LMZ Collectibles
has created a superb figurine measuring 13.5 x 8.3 x 6.8 cm, where no detail is overlooked. With
the support of Yann Berthonneau's digital sculpting, this figurine has been molded, assembled,
and painted by hand. From his distinctive outfit to the eagle feather in his blue headband, the
figurine includes all the recognizable elements of the character.
