Description

Discover Michel Montheillet's fascinating book about the legendary Éditions Lug. This
book is an extension of the Lyon exhibition that took place from 7 to 9 June 2024, offering
a wealth of previously unpublished documents and in-depth analyses of the arrival of
comics in France.

This 336-page colour album, in 22.5 x 31 cm format, is a
goldmine. The high quality of this book can be found through various elements: a 3mm
hardback cover with a matt anti-scratch coating, a square spine with blue endband, and
the use of high-quality 140g paper.

It also offers a complete overview of the
illustrators of this legendary publishing house, with reproductions of many original
artworks. You'll also find episodes 9 and 10 of the Ozark series, published in Mustang
magazine and previously unpublished, as well as a preface and previously unpublished
cover by Ciro TOTA.

A lengthy interview with Claude Vistel offers unique insights
into the world of Éditions Lug. Jean-Yves Mitton's commentaries on all the Mikros, Epsilon
and Kronos episodes are peppered with personal anecdotes, bringing an intimate and
original dimension to these stories.
