DELIVERY

When will I receive my parcel ?

Delivery times vary according to the selected country of destination. Delivery times below are expressed in working days :
- 1 to 2 days for Belgium,
- 2 to 5 days for France,
- 5 to 10 days in Europe,
- 10 to 21 days for other countries.

Please be aware that these delivery times may change during the year especially for Christmas and other busy periods.

There are a few special cases to bear in mind :
- Orders placed by bank transfer or cheque will only be sent once the payment has been received,
- Orders containing pre-ordered items will only be sent when all the items in the order are available. If you wish to receive items that are already available, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost ?

Delivery costs are 0.01€ for orders over 99€ to France and Belgium.

These costs depend on the packaging, the ordered items, their weight, their size and the destination of the parcel

Shipping costs are not included for originals in our gallery, considering they are sent by carrier and each shipment is insured.

Can I track my parcel ?

Yes, you can track your parcel. You will receive the tracking link once it has been dispatched by our logistics provider.

Can I have my order delivered to a collection point ?

We do not offer delivery directly to collection points. However, if you are absent the delivery person will drop your parcel off at the nearest collection point.

Can I change my delivery address ?

Yes, if you have made a mistake or if you would like to change your delivery address after the order has been validated, please contact Audrey as soon as possible by e-mail or using the contact form. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are available ?

You can order and pay on our site by :
- Credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card etc..),
- Paypal,
- Bank transfer,
- Cheque.

Can I pay in instalments ?

Yes.

By credit card for orders over 300€, in 3 instalments without fees.
By Paypal in 4 instalments without fees between 30€ and 2000€.

Payment in instalments is also possible by cheque or bank transfer. Please contact Audrey at Customer Service beforehand to discuss the payment dates and amounts by e-mail or using our contact form.

How do I use a promotional code ?

You can take advantage of discounts thanks to promotional codes under certain conditions. To benefit from it, you will need to enter the code in your shopping basket and validate it before paying.

RESERVATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Is it possible to reserve an item ?

Yes, you can reserve an item by contacting us by e-mail or using the contact form.

I want to cancel my order. What do I have to do ?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery.

Please notify us of your cancellation request via our contact form as soon as possible. There are several possible scenarios :
- If your order has not been dispatched, the shipment will be cancelled and you will receive a refund,
- If your order has been dispatched but you have not yet received it, you can refuse delivery or not collect it from the post office. It will be returned to us automatically,
- If you have picked up your parcel, we will send you the address to which you can return your order.

You are responsible for the cost of returns and your items will be refunded once we have received your parcel.

Please pay attention to the packaging of your products when you return them to us!

Its content will be checked and damaged items will not be refunded.

An item in my order is damaged. Can you replace it ?

Yes, if you have received a faulty item we will replace it. If the item in question is out of stock, we will refund you. Just let us know with a few photos via our contact form or by e-mail.

We'll email you a postage label to print out so that you can return your parcel free of charge.

Please make sure that you send us back all the components of the item (box, bag, accessories and so on) and that you pack it correctly to avoid any further damage.

Can you value or buy back second-hand collector items ?

No, we do not buy second-hand items. All the products available for sale on Collector BD are brand new.

How can I contact you ?

Audrey, who is in charge of customer relations, can be contacted weekdays from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm via our contact form or by e-mail. We'll get back to you as soon as possible !

Do you have a shop or a store in addition to your website ?

No, collectorbd.com is exclusively online and we have no plans to open a shop yet. You can still meet us at certain comic book festivals.

Can I create a customer account ?

Yes, you can create a customer account to register your personal details, track the delivery of your orders and access your purchase history.

Do you offer discounts for professionals ?

Yes, you can create a bookseller account when you create your account. You will need your VAT number and your MDS number. Special offers will then be available on a selection of items.
