In France, the average delivery time is 3 working days. It generally takes us 1 day to prepare your order and 2 days to deliver your package by Colissimo (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For other countries, delivery time can vary from 4 to 21 days, depending on the geographic zone.

Your order is sent by the postal service Colissimo. The transport and packaging charges depend on the product ordered (weight, size, destination), and can vary from €5 to €25.

No, there is no minimum purchase price.

Yes, for purchases over €300, you can pay in 3 instalments by bank card, at no extra cost.

Yes, you can return your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving the package. If the product is damaged or defective, you can return it using a pre-paid postage label that you can request at boutique.collectorbd@mdsfrance.fr. We will send you the label so that you can return your order free of charge. Make sure to return all product elements (box, bag etc).
