Created by the duo of Juan Díaz Canales and Juanjo Guarnido, Blacksad is a
detective series featuring anthropomorphized animals, such as the eponymous John Blacksad.
The image used by Christian Colin Editions to create this art print is from the 6th volume
of the series, Then Everything Falls, Part One. We find our main character walking the
streets of New York, heading towards his office. On his way, he encounters the president of the
subway workers' union, better known as "moles." This meeting propels him into the world of
darkness and mechanics. But this darkness is not the only one he will encounter during his
investigation...
This art print, in a 35 x 60 cm format, is a limited edition of 500 unsigned
copies. In the white margin, you will find an embossed Blacksad stamp. The publisher's stamps
and the numbering are on the back of the image.
