La Tétralogie du Monstre is divided into three perspectives: that of Nike, Amir, and
Leyla. These three stories are connected by their early days spent together in a Sarajevo hospital and
by Nike's quest to find his friends.
This image is taken from the 22nd page of the first album
in the tetralogy, Le Sommeil du Monstre. It follows Amir's point of view and helps put the
story back into perspective. We find Enki Bilal's characteristic futuristic world, with flying cars and
buildings that blend present and future.
Numbered and signed by the author, this pigment
print is limited to 100 copies. Offered by Christian Colin Editions, this image is printed on Hahnemühle
Photo Rag 308g paper, in a 50 x 40 cm format.
